Birthday Parties
Birthday parties at Brevard Rock Gym are tons of fun for everybody, even the parents! Party-goers can enjoy the fun and excitement of indoor rock climbing with the help and supervision of our trained and experienced staff while party-givers can choose to climb or sit back and watch the action!
All birthday parties receive 2 hours for the fun and festivities which include:
- 1 1/2 hours of climb time including orientation to the climbing walls, climbing gear, safety procedures and some basic climbing techniques.
- All gear needed to climb including harnesses, climbing shoes and helmets for each climber
- Experienced and trained staff to belay climbers and facilitate party
- Birthday kid gets a free BRG t-shirt to take home plus a Free Bouldering Pass as a gift.
- Cost: $50 nonrefundable deposit required to reserve spot. $50 balance on the day of the party = $100 total for up to 10 climbers
- If there are more than 10 climbers, $14 for each additional climber
- For groups smaller than 5 we have adjusted rates.
- After all the climbing and crawling, birthday groups can use our facility for the remaining 1/2 hour for opening presents, eating cake, pizza, etc.
- Brevard Rock Gym does not provide food or decorations, however you are welcome to bring your own. We do have a large selection of beverages and some snacks. We also can provide T-shirts as a goodie bag for all birthday guests for an additional charge.
- All participants must fill out a waiver prior to climbing. If participant is under 18, waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please click here for waiver information.
