Question: Is rock climbing safe?
Answer: There are inherent risks in rock climbing, however, with highly trained staff those risks are greatly reduced and the most dangerous part of your day becomes driving to get to where you are climbing.

Question: How old do you have to be to rock climb?
Answer: There is no age limit to climb. Size paired with fine and gross motor skills tend to be the factors that effect a young child's rock climbing success!

Question: Do I need experience to climb in the gym or on a guided trip outside?
Answer: No experienced is necessary our guides will take great care of you.

Question: I have experience and want something challenging, what do you offer?
Answer: We have a variety of routes in the gym set for a wide range of abilities levels from extreme beginner to extreme advanced. Our guides are also solid climbers who can make sure you are climbing on routes that will challenge you at your ability level.

Question: My family does'nt have much experience but I do, can we make the day cater to both ability levels?
Answer: On a guided trip we can set up a beginner climb and advanced climb almost right next to each other to meet the goals of the whole family or group.

Question: Do you take groups rock climbing?
Answer: Brevard Rock Gym Mountain Guides works with all sorts of camp, school, church, and corporate groups to help meet their goals out on the rock.
